Faculty and Staff Accessing Sierra Connect - How To Guide


How do faculty and staff access their Sierra Connect account?


If you’re using Canvas, you can access your Sierra Connect Dashboard under “Courses, Course, Sierra Connect”. That will open Sierra Connect in a new tab. 

You can also access Sierra Connect though your MySierra. Once logged-in to MySierra, scroll down until you see the icon for Sierra Connect (highlighted below).

You will likely land on your dashboard. From there, click the three lines top left to access your account menu. 

The menu has tabs to your appointments, students, and success network. If your role has access to other features, you may see Waiting Room, Inventory, Analytics, and more. 

Edit Your Profile

With the menu open, click the chevron next to your name to edit your profile.
