Question

How do I check the progress of a flag I've raised on a student?

Answer

First, you will need to log into your Sierra Connect account. Once on the dashboard, click the menu icon on the top left of the screen.

Click on Students to go to your student dashboard. 

Select the Tracking tab.

 Once clicked, you will see your student dashboard. Click on Tracking and then hover over the item you're interested in to see the options. 

Select Details to see more information about the item. 

If you would like to add a comment or update to a flag, hover over (do not click on) the flag icon to show to an additional menu, then click on Comment

You can add a comment (or "note") to the flag, create a subject for the comment, and choose who should receive a notification of that comment. 

Click Submit when done.
