How do I cancel an appointment in Sierra Connect?
Answer
1. Make sure you're logged in to your MySierra account.
2. Go to the Important Links card and select Sierra Connect.
Once selected you'll be taken to your Sierra Connect Success Network Dashboard.
3. Click on the three lines, "hamburger", near the top left of the screen, to open a drop-down menu.
4. Select Upcoming to see your appointments.
Here is an example of your Upcoming appointments page.
5. Click the three little dots located near the bottom right of the appointment that you want to cancel.
As you can see, once clicked, the three dots reveal the option to cancel the appointment.
6. Click Cancel Appointment.
7. Describe the reason for the cancellation and click Confirm.
