Facilities Work Order - NCC

Overview

You can request maintenance service by using the Request Service button in the above. Your request will be reviewed and, if approved, a maintenance work order created. The work order will be assigned to the appropriate trade, given a priority, and typically assigned to a technician after review by a trade supervisor.

Work requests are checked daily, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email once your request has been approved and scheduled by Facilities Management (FM).

If you have a key or fob request, please submit the green key request form to NCC Facilities & Plant Operations. Do not submit an online request for keys.

Please contact the ITS Service Desk for repairs to telephones, Internet or cable TV, as these are not services handled by the Facilities department.
