What if I no longer have access to the email address Sierra College has on file?

If you no longer have access to the personal email address we have on file, contact Enrollment Services (enrollmentservices@sierracollege.edu or (916) 660-7340) to have it updated. 

What to do with a "session expired" message?

The correct format for student email addresses is username@student.sierracollege.edu

What if there is a Username/Password error even if the user is putting in correct credentials?

What are the Password Requirements?

  • Must be 15 to 32 characters
  • Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number
  • Cannot contain your username, first name, middle name, or last name
  • Cannot be the same as one of your last 25 Passwords

What information do I need to set / reset my Password?

You’ll need to use your full Sierra College e-mail address as your “User ID”. Student email addresses are username@student.sierracollege.edu
