This service is provided to support issues with accessing mySierra.

Common solutions include:
You do not know your password.
Reset your password by going to https://passwordreset.sierracollege.edu/index.html and select “Reset my Password”. You will be prompted for:
- Your User Name
- Your Student ID number
- Your Last Name
- Your Date of Birth (be sure to enter it in MM/DD/YYYY format including the “/”
You get a “username/password pair not found” error when logging into mySierra.

You are a former student wanting an unofficial transcript.
If you have taken a class within the last 12 months unofficial transcripts are available through mySierra.
If you have not taken a class within the last 12 months, your mySierra account access no longer exists and you will not be able to access unofficial transcripts through mySierra. For an Official Transcript, order online through TranscriptsPlus
You are a returning student wanting to take classes.
You will need to re-apply for Admission. For more information, see https://www.sierracollege.edu/admissions/returning.php
You do not know your Student ID number.
Your Student ID was sent in your welcome email. If you never received a welcome email or do not remember your Student ID, contact Admissions and Records, which can provide your Student ID over the phone after you verify other personal information.
