Overview
Use this service as a last resort assign a Primary Counselor to a student. Keep in mind when no lock assignment, if the student changes campuses, is added to a new special pop, or changes interest areas, the student will change primary counselors.
Keep in mind when locking assignment, even if the student changes campuses, is added to a new special pop, or changes interest areas, the student will continue be locked to the counselor you request as a Primary, ignoring all other automated processes.
NOTE: Academic Enrichment (AE), OLLI, and Promise High School Seniors should NOT have a primary counselor. Please do not use this form if the student falls into one of those categories.
Available To
Before using this form, please ensure that you have a good understanding of the student’s support network. Counselors, SSTs, Support Specialists are roles that should be using this form.
