This service is provided for those requesting a new tracking flag to be automatically raised by the system or a change to an existing tracking flag in the Starfish application.

Use this request to create a new system raised tracking flag or changes to an existing tracking flag in Starfish.

Getting Started

Please click on the "Request New System-Raised Tracking Flag" button to complete the form. Be prepared to identify who should be able to create, view, manage, and assign each tracking flag as well as if any email should be sent for this tracking flag.

All new tracking flags must be approved by Division Deans or Student Services Management (Deans or Directors).
