Overview

Use this service to report any Canvas related issues to include missing content, pages not displaying correctly, features not functioning, etc.

Available To

All Canvas users to include Faculty, Staff and Students

Features

General issues/errors that faculty, staff or students encountered while using Canvas. From the help button within Canvas you will have access to:

  • The ability to submit a Canvas support ticket
  • The phone numbers for after hours support (after 5:00 pm M-F & all weekend)
  • Access to the Canvas guides
  • Access to the Canvas community site
  • Ability to submit a feature idea

Examples of when you might request this service include, but are not limited to:

  • Course copy issues or errors
  • Login problems
  • Course content issues
  • Test or Assessment help
  • Problems with Discussion Boards, Page, Modules

Getting Started

If you cannot access Canvas, please make sure you can login to mySierra. If you cannot login to mySierra, please update your password.

If you can access mySierra, but not Canvas, please click on the "Email Canvas" button above. Your default mail client will open. Please be sure to include as many details as possible so that Canvas can address your issue thoroughly. Also, please be sure to include your Sierra College email address within your request.
