How do I on-board an employee to my department through the ITS department?

Getting started
Once a new hire has been processed through HR, you will be able to complete any of the following requests for your employee. Please use the magnifying glass in the "requestor" field to look up their name. If they are not listed, HR has not completed their process; please wait to submit requests until the new hire is listed.
Access requests
As all employment positions at Sierra College require different access to systems, please use the following request forms for your new employees access:
Software
If your new hire will need any specific software installed on their computer, please complete the following form:
Telephones (internal and external hires)
For all hires, please complete the following request form. If your new hire is an internal applicant who already had a phone number assigned to them, they will need a new phone number from your department and their previous phone number will be released to the department they are leaving. This form will enable voicemail, unified messaging, and update the online employee and office directory.
If your new employee is an internal hire and needs assistance moving any personal items from their previous location to their new location, please ask them to complete the following form. Computers, furniture, phones, etc. should remain with the department they were purchased from.
Email lists and calendars
If your new hire needs access to an organizational email account or needs to be added to a distribution list please complete the following form:
* A distribution list is a list of email addresses that can be mass mailed, like "Student Services" or studentservices@sierracollege.edu. Distribution lists are used to send emails to groups of people without having to enter each recipient's individual address.
* An organizational email is a shared mailbox where multiple users can reply to messages and let anyone who has access to the mailbox see those responses.
If your new hire will be managing any meeting rooms on campus, please complete the following form:
If your new hire needs to be added to any LISTSERVs from outside of Sierra College and through the Chancellors Office, please complete the following form:
