Banner Access Form Request - HR/Payroll Module

Overview

This service should be completed for new access, modification to access, and termination of access to the Banner HR/Payroll Module.

Sierra College Employees.

Features

Data Stewards will grant access appropriate to the role of the requester. In the "Describe Role" section of the request form, please be sure to thoroughly describe information about the user/requester to ensure Data Stewards assign appropriate access i.e. "Hub Ambassador", "AA handling finance", "set-up user like ______", etc.

Getting Started

The Sierra College Computer Use/Ethics/Banner Request Form must be completed and on-file in Human Resources prior to submission of this form. This form should be considered a formal request for access or modification of an existing record in the HR/Payroll Module in the Sierra College Banner database.
