Office Move Request

Overview

This service is to provide the support necessary for moving/changing offices throughout the District.

Sierra College Employees.

Features

A combined effort between Facilities and ITS will address your office move needs by completing this form. 

  • Facilities will coordinate the furniture move and assembly, if applicable. Please be sure to include any pertinent information about furniture in the "other information" field on the form. 
  • ITS will coordinate any computer equipment that needs to be moved as well as moving phones or extensions. 

Please be sure to indicate when your move needs to be completed in the "due date" field on the form.
