Your password may have expired or you may not be entering it correctly. The password is case sensitive and contains a mix of lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and numbers. If you are enrolled at Sierra College or you are employed at Sierra College, reset your password by selecting the link called "Create/Reset Password?," located on the mySierra log in page. If you still have trouble, submit a mySierra Help Form.

Students can contact Admissions and Records or submit a mySierra Help Form to find out their username.
