How do I retrieve the "email header" to report an emailed threat or issue in Outlook Client and Office 365?
Answer
Outlook Client (application installed on your computer)
1. Open the message
2. Select the File Menu.
3. Then click on the Properties button.
4. Highlight all of the information in the Internet Headers box. Then, copy and paste into a message to the ITS Security Specialist.
Outlook using Office365
1. Click on the More actions (the three dots) to open the Menu near the Reply options.
2. Then select View and View message details.
3. Highlight all of the information in the Message details. Then, copy and paste into a message to the ITS Security Specialist.
