How do I connect to the Sierra Wi-Fi?

Answer

Sierra students, faculty and staff should connect to the Sierra wireless network. 

For Apple Users

• Select the Sierra SSID (wireless network) 

• Enter your mySierra username/password 

• When prompted, accept/trust the Clearpass.sierracollege.edu certificate

• You should now be connected.

For Android Users:

• Select the Sierra (wireless network) 
• Select "PEAP" for the EAP Method
• Select "MSCHAPV2" for the Phase 2 authentication
• Select "Use system certificate" for the CA certificate
• Select "Do not verify" for Online Certificate Status
• Enter "sierracollege.edu" as the Domain
• Enter your mySierra username for the Identity
• Enter you mySierra password for the Password

• If prompted, accept/trust the Clearpass.sierracollege.edu certificate
• You should now be connected.
