Overview
This form is the first part of the ePAR request process for facilities, equipment and training. Using the fields in the form, please summarize and provide justification for the item(s) being requested. You may not have responses for each section, but in general consider how this purchase will affect students, your department, the college, and our ability to meet our strategic goals. When possible, connect the justifications to the college’s goals, priorities expressed by the President. This form is the first part of the ePAR request process for facilities, equipment and training.

This form is the first part of the ePAR request process for facilities, equipment and training. Each request will be routed to the appropriate manager for final approval and submission. All submissions will be reviewed and prioritized through the Participatory Governance process, and ultimately finalized by the Planning and Resource Allocation Committee (PARAC).
