Special Programs - Lending Library Request

To support remote and on-campus, learning, and working as campus transitions from the COVID-19 closures, the Special Programs Lending Library will continue to offer long-term checkout of devices and equipment to current Sierra College TRIO, EOPS, NextUp, and CalWORKs Students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Checking Out A Laptop / Educational Tool

General Checkout Guidelines

• Devices and available accessories must be requested formally, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• One (1) laptop can be checked out through the end of a semester - however, whenever you're finished using the device, please return it as soon as possible to help other fellow students get access to them if they need it.

Checkout Duration

• Laptops/devices are available for use throughout the semester, on and off-campus.
• Continuing Students who need devices/equipment for learning/working for the Fall 2021 semester may continue to do so through December 2021. The checkout window is automatically extended without needing to re-apply.
• If you are no longer in need of your checked out device or equipment, please follow the return instructions.
