Getting Started
Once you are in possession of your new device, or if it has arrived in the warehouse, please click on the "Request Install" button to access the request form. Please do not complete this request prior to receiving your item(s).
Fees and Additional Costs
There are no fees associated with this service, however, the requesting department will be responsible for procuring their own devices.
