Facilities Work Order

Overview

For work or help related services provided through Facilities, please submit a Facilities Work Order request.  Work Order requests require approval by your department supervisor and will be reviewed and assessed by Facilities Management.   

The work order will be assigned and prioritized to either a Maintenance, Custodial, Grounds or Energy technician at the Rocklin Campus.  Your expected response time will vary depending on technician workload and the priority established by Facilities Management.  

Higher priority designations are based on potential damage to District property, fire and life-safety issues, and impact to business and academic operations. Technician workload is subject to campus events and activities, weather events and staffing levels. The lowest priority designations will be addressed based on workload.

  • minor temperature/thermostat issues
  • replace light bulbs
  • unclog toilets or sinks
  • special cleaning
  • restocking bathrooms paper products
  • clean carpet
  • event set-ups

Fees and Additional Costs

New furniture or equipment will be paid for through the department requesting. Facilities related costs will be paid through Facilities. For questions or clarification, please contact the Facilities department at ext. 7655.
