How can I change my MFA information?
Answer
Step 1: Login to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ with your Sierra College email address and password
Step 2: Exapnd the menu for My Account then click on Security Info

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be asked to use your current method of MFA when attempting to enter the Security Info screen. If you use the Authenticator app and have recently switched phones, either (1) approve the login on your old phone, or (2) submit an MFA Reset form to have your account reset so you can use the Autheticator app on your new phone.
Step 3: On the Security info screen, you can add a new Authenticator app or phone number by selecting the + Add sign-in method link, or you can change and delete a phone number, or delete your existing Authenticator app (which is on the first device you added it to)
