How can I change my MFA information?

Answer

Step 1: Login at https://portal.office.com 

Step 2: Click on the Settings menu (or gear image)

Step 3: Select Contact Preferences

Step 4: In the Security & Privacy menu (on the left navigation), select Additional Security Verification, then Update Your Phone Numbers Used for Account Security.

Step 5: You will be asked to verify your account based on the method of contact that you previously set up. If you set up a text message notification, please see example below.

Step 6: Once you verify your account, you will be sent to your Security Information page. Here, you may add methods, change methods, or delete methods.
