How do I delete a personal email account that is no longer valid?

Answer

Step 1: Login to your mySierra account and select Update My Personal Information on the Home screen:

Step 2: Select Change Address/Phone/Email/Emergency Contact.

Step 3: Go to the Email section and click on the Trash Can icon to delete your personal email.

Step 4: Select "Delete" to remove your personal email.

Please be sure to include an alternate email address to your account as an additional layer of communication and verification, should it be necessary.
