If you received confirmation that your password was successfully reset, but you cannot log into mySierra, test your password by logging into Canvas and/or your Sierra College email. Visit the Sierra College home page and select the "Canvas" link or select the "Email/Outlook" link and test your login.  If the new password is recognized in either Canvas or your Sierra College email, then your new password is valid and the issue is most likely due to the browser used. Note: If your mySierra account has not been created yet, you will encounter a mySierra login error.  As an additional test, try opening a different browser and then try logging into mySierra or try using a different device to test your new password in mySierra.
