To access the Pre-Registration Questionnaire, click on the Pre-Registration Questionnaire link in the Registration and Classes tile of mySierra:

Please be sure you go through all the steps and pages in the Pre-Registration Questionnaire by clicking on the Next button:

NOTE: If you do not see the Next button, scroll down on the page or decrease the zoom on your screen.
After you have gone through all the steps of the Pre-Registration Questionnaire, click on the Back to mySierra button:

Then you should be able to register for classes by clicking on the Add, Drop or Withdraw from Classes link in the Registration and Classes tile:
