After you are done writing, you might want to convert your Word document into a PDF. PDFs can be viewed on most computers without the Word application, and a PDF file is a smaller size than a Word file is.
Windows 10
- Click Export, then Create a PDF/XPS Document
- Choose where you want the PDF to be saved, and choose Publish
MacOS
- Click File, go to Save As
- Under File Format, choose PDF
- Type the file name and click Export
