Email text to Instructional Faculty for Progress Survey 4

Hello, Professor 

Now that we are in the last weeks of the semester, it is as important as ever to get students connected with the services that can help them succeed! Here are some things you can help with by completing this survey:
  • Start encouraging students to get assistance with finals prep, papers, and projects
  • Help connect your students to resources for upcoming semesters and proceeding courses

Login to your Sierra Connect Dashboard here

  1. Look for "Outstanding Surveys" at the top of your Sierra Connect Dashboard
  2. Once you reach the survey grid, simply check the box next to the particular student's name for whom you would like to report progress.  When you select an alert for a student, you may be asked to provide comments. 
  3. Click Submit! If you don't have any progress to report, it is important that you click Submit, so we know you reviewed the survey. You will receive a confirmation email.
 

One last reminder - Sierra Connect Early Alert is designed to help faculty let students know that they need additional resources to be successful in class, call attention to attendance problems, or refer students to helpful campus resources. You can also send students Kudos to let them know they are doing a great job in your class.
