mySierra is Locked

If you see this lock icon in mySierra, this means the tiles are locked in place by design. You will not be able to move these tiles on your screen (this is normal):

 

If you are seeing tiles that look like this when logging in to mySierra, clear your browser cache, restart your browser, then login again:

 

If your login is locked and you see this message, reset your password to unlock your account using our Password Reset Tool:
