How do I access my secondary and shared mailboxes?
Answer
First, be sure you have requested either a shared inbox, or access to a shared inbox using the Request New/Modify Distribution List/Organization Email Account form.
You can access your secondary and shared mailboxes in a few different ways. If you are on a Mac computer and do not have the passwords to your secondary or shared mailboxes you will only be able to access them through the web based Outlook option.
