Question

How do I access Adobe Sign to get electronic signatures with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Answer

To request electronic signatures you will need a license for Adobe Creative Cloud. Please complete a Request Software (New/Renew) form to request an account for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Adobe Sign is a simple way to request an electronic signature. You can access this tool through Adobe Acrobat XI, Adobe Acrobat DC, with the Adobe app on a smart device or by uploading the document directly into Adobe Sign online.  Follow the instructions below to find Adobe Sign with Acrobat.

To learn more about how to use Adobe Sign see the Adobe Sign training article in the Solutions Center or visit Adobe's Learn & SupportUser Guides and Tutorials on the Adobe Sign website. A great place to start is the Welcome to Adobe Sign! Section on Adobe’s website.

To learn how to create a routing order for signatures see Set Up Routing for Signing Order. This allows you to create more than one signature field and then specify in what order they need to be signed. This is helpful for any documents that require more than one signature and they need to be in a specific order. For example, on an expense reimbursement it can be routed first to the employee claiming the expense, then to the approving official and then to the executive for signature.
