Description

The goal is to make the best use of available Tech Refresh CAP Project funds, expending them where it is the most necessary and looking at options other than simply replacing equipment.

This plan is in keeping with the 2018 HP Desktop Computer Mid-life Upgrade Project as it continues the practice of upgrading existing systems to prolong their useful life. This should lead to a deferral in computer replacement purchases for a number of years.

District Goals

  1. Tech Plan - Address technology refresh needs

  2. Tech Plan - Enhance Educational Technology Resources

Organizational Risks

  1. Medium Resource Bottlenecks

The major dependencies include funding and staff availability.
