1. Go to www.swol123.net
2. Log into your SportsWare account.
3. Click on the My Info tab located in the upper left corner.
4. General tab:
- enter first and last name, student ID, class, and birth date in the top box. Do not enter your SSN.
- Scroll down and select the sport (s) you will be participating in.
- Double check your email and password to make sure it is correct. You may also upload your Sierra College athlete profile picture.
6. Address tab:
- enter your current address in the Primary Address box.
*Out of state/country students must complete both the primary and secondary address box.
List your local address as primary, and your permanent/out-of-state/home address as secondary.
7. Emergency tab:
- complete the information with the red asterisk.
*Out of state or country students list your local emergency contact as Primary, and your out-of-state contact as Secondary.
8. Insurance tab:
- complete the following section:
- Primary Insurance Company,
- Policy Holder,
- Policy Information, and
- Upload Insurance Card.
*If you do not have insurance enter “N/A” or “None” in all boxes.
All information in the boxes with the red asterisk will need to be completed.
9. Alerts tab:
- list any allergies and prescribed medications
10. Once you have completed click Save.
*If there are sections that have not been completed they will be listed in the following screen. In order to participate in practice and competition you will need to revisit and complete those sections.
