Thank you for using Sierra Connect! Here is what you can expect next.   

You raised the following tracking item: 

  •     Support Needed Flag: A team member will be assigned the flag within 1 to 2 business days.

A team member will only reach out to the student when the Support Needed flag is raised. When the Support Needed flag is resolved, a team member will close the loop by noting the outcomes and sending you a second email with details. 

You can always check your Sierra Connect dashboard to see the status of the flags you have raised.
