How do I retrieve the "email header" to report an emailed threat or issue in Outlook desktop application or Outlook for the web?
Answer: Using Outlook desktop application
1. Open the message
2. Select the File Menu.

3. Click on the Properties button.

4. Highlight all of the information in the Internet Headers box. Then, copy and paste into a new email message to servicedesk@sierracollege.edu.

Answer: Using Outlook for the web
1. Click on the More actions (the three dots) to open the Menu near the Reply options.

2. Select View in the Menu and click on View message details.

3. Highlight all of the information in the Message details. Then, copy and paste the Message Details into an email to servicedesk@sierracollege.edu.
