Receiving your mySierra Username and Password

New Students: After submitting an application, it may take up to 3 business days to receive your mySierra login information (excluding holidays and weekends).

Returning Students: After reapplying, you can log into mySierra with your old username and password. If the old password doesn't work, you can reset your password using the 'Create/Reset Password?' option located on the mySierra log in screen. 

If You Still Have Not Received your Information After One Week

Students can contact Admissions and Records or submit a mySierra Help Form to find out their username.

To create/change/reset a password, select the link called 'Create/Reset Password?' located on the mySierra log in screen.
