Plugins and extensions may cause authentication errors within mySierra, Canvas, and MFA. Follow these two easy steps to disable extensions:
Step 1: Click on the Menu icon (vertical elipsis) at the top right corner of the browser window, select More tools and then Extensions.
Step 2: Disable your extensions by clicking on the slide button. If you would like to remove the extension altogether, click Remove to delete.
