What is OnBase and how do I access it?
Answer
OnBase allows for the scanning, storage, and retrieval of paper documents, as well as the importing, storage, and retrieval of electronic files; it also helps manage workflow by routing documents to queues custom designed for individual departmental needs.
Your manager should complete the OnBase access form, once submitted to the Data Steward for approval, access will be granted by ITS for OnBase.
This form should be considered a formal request for new access or to modify an existing record in the OnBase Document Imaging System.
