Answer

First you need to remove/delete your existing Sierra College Exchange email profile on your phone

• To delete your iPhone profile
• To delete your Android profile
• Next you need to add the profile back into your smartphone
  • To add your Sierra College Exchange email in Office 365 to your iPhone
  • To add your Sierra College Exchange email in Office 365 to your Android phone
