How do I approve an agenda item in Community (the new Board Docs)?
Answer
Click the link in your Pending-Approval email to login to the Community user portal. You can also login through https://sierracollege.community.highbond.com/Portal/ and choose “Sign in” at the top right corner. If you are logged in already, choose My Meetings.

1. Under Agenda Items (left side bar), select the My Pending tab
2. To see more details about an agenda item, click on the title of the item.

3. The Approve agenda item page will open, showing all related attachments, summaries, etc. To open an attachment, click on the attachment link, then click on the link again to open it in a new tab.

4. You can also view the item’s attachments and any cover reports at the bottom of the page.

5. If you have any notes for the submitter or next Approver, please type them at the end of the Agenda Item Description contents.
6. Choose to Approve or Reject the item. Note: Please do not type any information in the Comments (optional) box that will pop up after choosing Approve or Reject. If you have comments for approvers or submitters, use the process mentioned above in Step 5.
