After requesting Camtasia, you will receive an email with the download link and install guide. Click the download link
This should take you to the following page, click the "Snagit_2311-Windows.exe" file to download it.
Open the downloaded .exe file. Check the boxes for license terms and to uninstall the old versions of Snagit (if you had a previous license). A prompt will appear to confirm uninstallation of the old versions
Click the "Uninstall Old Versions" button, then Install
