After you have received notification that your Contractor account has been created, please take the following steps:

Go to the Sierra College Passwrod Reset Tool: https://passwordreset.sierracollege.edu/

Please review our password criteria. After you have selected a password that meets our requirements, click on the Reset Passphrase button
- In the Email or Username box, enter your full email address username@sierracollege.edu and complete the captcha code field
- On the following page, choose I forgot my password, then click Next
- Choose a verification method to receive an authentication code that will unlock your ability to reset the password.
- Once you have entered your verification code, enter a new password that meets the criteria listed here
- Once your password has been successfully updated, return to https://myaccess.sierracollege.edu/ and login with your username (not your full email address) and new password
- You should now see the Application and Links page. The tiles you see here may vary. You will want to select MyPC-RDP to log into the local resource
- You should be prompted for remote connection credentials. Enter your username and password again.
- On the Work Resources screen, click on Remote Desktop to connect you to the Sierra College computer set up for your use. When prompted, provide the same credentials you have been using throughout this process.
