• If Zoom is not installing or running on your computer correctly please contact the ITS Service Desk at ITS Service Desk. For technical support with TechConnect (ConferZoom) contact CCC TechConnect directly at support@ccctechconnect.org.

Training is available through:

• Zoom has a daily live training you can register and attend where they allot time for Q&A

You can visit the Zoom Help Center for training on a variety of topics. Including, getting started, audio, video and sharing and scheduling meetings, even how to install Zoom for Outlook so you can schedule a zoom meeting directly from Outlook. There is also guides available on the conferzoom.org and the CCC Website in their TechConnect section that walk you through different functions in Zoom including integrating with Canvas.
