How to View My Academic Plan (MAP) in Degree Planner

Once your Counselor has approved your My Academic Plan (MAP), you will receive an email at your Sierra College email address to view your approved plan.

Step to View Your Approved MAP 

1. Login to your mySierra account 
2. Click on the “Home” Tab 
3. Scroll down until you see the link titled “Sierra Connect” (towards the bottom of the page) and click on it
4. Once in Sierra Connect, click on the three dashed lines (also known as a hamburger menu) in the top left corner to expand your options (shown in Figure 1).

5. In the menu options, click on "Degree Planner" (shown in Figure 2).

Items to Note
 

• Working with a counselor is REQUIRED to customize, confirm, and approve a plan. Only plans approved by counselors will be accepted to maintain registration status, Financial Aid and/or special program eligibility. 

• Please do not create your own plan at this time. Plans are not being reviewed/approved by email yet. Make an appointment with a counselor to create, review, and approve a plan for you.
