How to Access Adobe Creative Cloud (during COVID19 protocol)

During campus closure due to COVID-19, Adobe has provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and faculty, so that they can continue their work and studies remotely. Please follow the instructions below to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device, as required by your coursework.

Summer/Fall 2020 Announcement
Any student requiring the use of Adobe software that would otherwise be available by using the on-campus computer labs, we now have another solution that will not add a financial burden for students. If you enroll in a course requiring this software, your instructor will provide you with instructions on how to access the software.

The Student licensing Sierra has purchased is provisioned in the FCCC’s Adobe console.  Therefore, the authentication method is via Adobe ID.  Students will need to create an Adobe ID as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html

Your Adobe ID is your Sierra College Student email address. An Adobe ID is essential for a secure and personalized experience with Adobe apps and services, and is required when you want to install Adobe products.

VERY IMPORTANT: Use your Sierra College student email address to create a Personal Account.

Be sure to always use the same Adobe ID (email address) when you access products or services from Adobe. If you think you have multiple Adobe IDs associated with different email addresses, are unclear which email address is associated with your membership or a purchased product, please contact Adobe

Applications available through these temporary licenses will be displayed on: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/.

When you land on the Creative Cloud page, click on the user icon in the upper right corner, then select "View Account"

Next, click on "Access your apps and services"
